Editorial standards

Useful, factual and clear about the boundary.

Kildr writes about emotionally sensitive situations. That makes accuracy, restraint and transparency more important than producing the most dramatic answer.

No invented evidence

We do not fabricate usage statistics, testimonials, research, expert endorsements, press coverage, customer stories or conversion claims. If a number is presented as evidence, it must come from a real and sufficiently sized dataset or a clearly identified external source.

Useful before promotional

A guide should answer the reader's question even if they never use Kildr. Product mentions must be relevant to the situation and should explain when Kildr is not appropriate as clearly as when it may help.

Safety boundaries are not marketing copy

We do not encourage contact that violates a legal order, a safety boundary, or repeated clear requests to stop. In those situations, the correct guidance is not to use Kildr.

AI can assist, not invent

Kildr may use AI tools to draft, structure or edit content. AI-generated material is subject to the same standards as human-written material. Prompts explicitly prohibit fabricated evidence, unsupported rankings and made-up sources.

Comparisons must disclose the frame

When we compare communication options, we explain the criteria and trade-offs. We do not present Kildr as independently ranked, best-in-market or number one unless that claim is supported by a genuinely independent source.

Corrections stay simple

If something is inaccurate, outdated or misleading, we correct it. Material changes to legal, safety or product-functionality guidance should be reflected in the relevant page rather than hidden in a separate correction note.
