Start with the part that is verifiable
Separate the event you can describe from the motive or reaction you are guessing. For a message about how to request compensation for a canceled flight, use this factual base: include the product or service, order number, dates, price, fault, prior contact, and supporting record.
Make one answerable request
Give the recipient one concrete question or next step instead of several emotional jobs at once. Request a specific lawful remedy and give a reasonable response date before formal escalation. Make the immediate next step clear enough that the recipient can answer without reconstructing the entire history.
Leave the recipient in control
Do not exaggerate, threaten staff, publish private details, or demand compensation unrelated to the loss. Use payment, regulator, insurance, police, data protection, or legal channels for fraud, danger, or unresolved rights. A clear message remains useful even when the answer is no or no answer arrives.
