Start with the part that is verifiable
Separate the event you can describe from the motive or reaction you are guessing. For a message about how to resolve conflict after a trip with friends, use this factual base: use one or two recent examples and name the trust, effort, money, or inclusion issue they created.
Make one answerable request
Give the recipient one concrete question or next step instead of several emotional jobs at once. Ask how your friend understood the situation and propose one change that can be tested. Make the immediate next step clear enough that the recipient can answer without reconstructing the entire history.
Leave the recipient in control
Do not assemble mutual friends, post indirect messages, or use confidential information as evidence. Stop direct contact and use appropriate support when there are threats, stalking, coercion, or safety concerns. A clear message remains useful even when the answer is no or no answer arrives.
